No. We just take a picture of your passport and have you sign a simple rental contract.

The renter is responsible for any damages to the bike. If the accident is caused by another party, the renter pays for the repair cost upfront and can then seek reimbursement from the other party. We don't charge for small scratches — that's normal wear and tear in Thailand. We only charge for broken parts. We'll help with repairs for all vehicles involved — your bike and the other party's if needed. We charge only the real cost of parts and the labor of our regular mechanic, so you always get the best price.

Flat tires are the responsibility of the renter. Please make sure tire pressure is sufficient — we recommend checking every two weeks. Front tire: 29 psi. Back tire: 31 psi. If you get a flat, contact a local tire repair shop or contact us for assistance.

We can deliver the bike within Chiang Mai city to your hotel and pick it up, based on our staff availability. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange it. Delivery is available for long-term rentals only (minimum 2 weeks).

All our bikes come with a phone holder and a helmet. You're ready to ride as soon as you pick up.
